Leadership Team

Bruce Warren

When Bruce Warren and his family go for dinner in Melbourne, they walk down the streets and laneways of one of Australia’s most culturally diverse cities. Melbournites hail from more than 180 countries, and speak more than 233 languages. The result is a fusion of cultures, cuisines, lifestyles and religions... And that’s exactly how Bruce likes it.

At Partners in Performance, Bruce turns this passion into action as a champion for change in our Diversity Working Group, and leads our Australian region and Melbourne Social Committees.

Variety and diversity have characterised his career, with 15 year’s marketing experience in senior management and marketing roles for professional services firms, followed by 13 years’ consulting with A.T. Kearney and now Partners in Performance. His projects have spanned everything from business improvement to strategic and rapid sourcing, cost reduction, business and operations strategy, organisational design, business outsourcing, sales force improvement and risk analysis for mining, manufacturing, services, agricultural and energy clients.
