Leadership Team

Gareth Huckle

Having years of strong leadership experience across multiple industries isn’t easy to accomplish. It takes determination, patience, velocity and the ability to be agile. Knowing when to take the training wheels off for one project and move on to the next isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary to continue turning the spokes for businesses in need.

Gareth Huckle is a Director whose years of expertise have forwarded him the opportunity to move quickly to where he’s needed, when he’s needed. Before joining Partners in Performance, Gareth held various operations management positions with Anglo American, along with technical and joint venture management roles with Shell Minerals in South Africa. At JCI Limited and then SUN Group, he served as a business development leader. As a previous Partner with Monitor Group, and now with Partners in Performance, Gareth’s main focus is working within the resources industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and financial services among others. He finds great satisfaction when he’s able to strategically improve businesses in challenging markets.

Gareth has spent time in Australia, Africa, South America, CIS and Europe for work and loves when he is able to be home with his wife and two children. He’ll grab a good book, take some time to relax, and then hit the gym in an attempt to stay fit and active.
