Lyntern Kee

Introduction

Lyntern understands that all work and no play is not the way to live. He loves working for Partners in Performance because it gives him the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. He is energised by ‘Days In The Office’ (DITO), where he can get great training and catch up with his colleagues. The social hour at the end of the day isn’t so bad, either!

Throughout his time at Partners in Performance, Lyntern has worked in strategy review, capital productivity, business improvement, overhead optimisation, organisational design and wiring. Before making his way to the Partners in Performance family, Lyntern co-founded an investment advisory firm operating throughout Greater China and Asia. His fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and French make it easy for him to communicate fully with his clients. Iron-ore, coal, base metals, gold and explosives are just a few of the many industries where Lyntern has found success.

Lyntern has taken full advantage of the flexibility provided. He took six months off to travel South America, Europe and the United States with his wife - dogsledding in the Laplands looking for the Northern Lights, swimming with penguins in the Galapagos and being the first passengers of the day on the Harry Potter ride in Orlando were a few of the highlights from his travels. He returned to Perth rejuvenated and ready to work with his next group of clients.
