Leadership Team

Mohamed Abdulahi

Introduction

When he’s not serving clients, you’ll either find Mo spending time with his wife and two daughters, or on an island filled with white sandy beaches – or both. Although he has travelled the globe for both work and pleasure, Mo’s love for New Zealand is unrivalled, housing in his opinion, some of the best scenery in the world.

Mo’s expertise spans across the globe, having led large transformation projects across regions, with his expertise in the oil and gas, mining, energy and manufacturing industries. An engagement that highlights Mo’s versatility, global reach and expertise saw him lead a sourcing and supply chain improvement program for a chemicals company with $1bn of addressable spend across Australia, North America, South America and South East Asia, where he delivered $160m of fully validated savings across chemicals, raw materials, plastics, MRO, Corporate services. His broad experience also spans across healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing and logistics.

I love Partners in Performance for its innovative spirit that continually enables it to meet clients’ needs, the interesting work that fosters learning experiences, and the fact that we have become a global firm that is still growing. Being part of a team and working together in partnership is rewarding. Achieving the right results and seeing the client smiling really does have a special satisfaction to it.
