Colleen Grady

Introduction

Colleen is a strategy advisor with over 20 years’ experience in top tier international strategy consultancies and industry-leading organisations. She brings with her global perspectives gained from her time spent working in Australia, the US, the UK, Europe and Africa. This includes experience in retail and wholesale executive leadership positions across strategy, operations, supply chain, merchandise buying and finance. Colleen is a specialist in transformation strategy, with a track record of delivering significant and sustainable profit improvements to the partners she works with. As an excellent communicator, problem-solver and leader, Colleen has highly developed networking, influencing and relationship skills.

To engage her brain creatively outside of work, Colleen’s hobby is improvisational comedy. Improvisation is a great skill for listening, building a shared vision with a partner or group, being playful and working to make your scene partner look good - all of which are skills that are transferable into a work context. Having spent a significant amount of time offshore, Colleen now calls Sydney home and enjoys holidaying around Australia, exercising her dog and spending time with family and friends.
