Meet our people

Ryan Holbein

Ryan has been a part of the Partners in Performance family since 2008. Now Digital Mining Leader, he first came to us out of business school where his unyielding effort and focus won him multiple prizes, including the Operations Management Prize and the University Medal from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Ryan recently relocated from Australia to Canada, with the full support of Partners in Performance, so he and his wife could settle down in their hometown. Ryan continues to deliver real benefits to his clients in over a dozen industries and has had a strategic impact in operational improvement, strategy, marketing communications and project management.

Outside of work, Ryan loves to be outdoors. Whether he’s hiking, surfing, playing volleyball or on the ice hockey rink, Ryan keeps himself busy by remaining active. He’s also a photographer and cherishes the photos he’s taken while living and working in Australia, Africa and North America. Ryan is one of our tallest employees (6’10’’), and we hear he used to dominate on the basketball court.

Partners in Performance strives to recognise accomplishments in and out of work. Ryan understands why:

Coming out of my MBA, I wanted a career that would allow me to apply everything I’d learned in the real world. It captured my attention with their focus on implementation and delivering actual results. Because Partners in Performance is a firm that truly promotes based on the results you achieve, not the number of grey hairs you have, I’ve been able to quickly advance my career. It is a place where your performance truly determines your success.
