Our progressive global training programme will arm you with the tools and resources to succeed in your career by continuously expanding your expertise in business transformation. Continuous improvement is a way of life at PIP, and we have a number of dedicated training programmes to help you improve your capabilities as a PIPer:

  • From day one, we’ll help unleash your potential through two weeks of dedicated training for new PIPers as well as our Apprenticeship Programme – giving you eight weeks of on-the-job training with an experienced PIP coach who will guide you in learning PIP’s toolkit and methodologies, which you’ll apply to real clients. As a first year PIPer you will receive over a month of dedicated learning and role specific training to ensure you have everything you need to be successful at PIP.
  • As you grow and develop as a PIPer, we give you the keys to your own development through individual, tailored learning maps. Your learning map will help you navigate the training options relevant to your role, your interests, and your personal and professional goals. There are lots of options available – from scheduled classroom training and learn-at-your-own-pace online resources, to coaching and on-the-job experiences, you’ll be in charge of your own development at PIP.
  • Many of our global offices host regular training ‘Days in The Office’ and UP Days (short for Unleashing Potential) that bring PIPers in the region together to share knowledge on great client results, important trends impacting the firm and those all-important softer skills, such as effective communication and how to coach and give feedback. There’s also our annual Summer Camp – where we fly in everyone from the region for a whole week of training, development and fun with your fellow PIPers at various beautiful locations around the world.
  • And you won’t be limited to internal training. You can extend your learning through UPStart, PIP’s self-paced e-learning system, as well as PIP approved Massive Online Open Courses (MOOC’s) provided by leading business schools such as Harvard and Wharton, which allow you to gain relevant certifications while working at PIP.

PIP’s Apprenticeship Programme is really helpful in getting people up to speed and assessing the gap between personal experiences and PIP's way of doing things. In doing so it helps position ourselves better for future developments needs and to fully provide PIP, and our clients, with the benefit of our expertise.
