• You’ll have a personal recruiter working side-by-side with you every step of the way, starting with an initial conversation to help you learn about Partners in Performance and understand what’s important to you in a company
  • Your recruiter will tailor the recruiting process to you based on your background and will work with you closely to help you shine
  • Your recruiter is your advocate at Partners in Performance and will be in contact with you regularly to arrange interviews, provide feedback and answer any questions you may have about what life at Partners in Performance is like 


  • You can expect to have between two and four interviews with consultants during the recruiting process
  • Each interview will take up to 1.5 hours and will be conducted over the phone, Skype or face-to-face (depending on your location)
  • Online aptitude tests may be given to you during your interview process
  • When interviewing with our senior consultants you’ll encounter:
    • Case studies – the purpose is to help us understand how you solve problems and to give you an inside look into engagements
    • Behavioural questions – we ask these types of questions to get a sense of how you handle different types of situations
  • When you’re meeting with our consultants be sure to ask questions about us, our goals, our work and our phenomenal team.  We want to make sure you feel like Partners in Performance is the right fit for you.
