Location- North America

Act as frontline change leader on a focused area of a client engagement.

  • You will have responsibility for delivering measurable improvements.
  • You will lead problem solving initiatives, ensure are prioritized and develop and manage implementation plans.
  • You will also ensure the team’s efforts are aligned against the highest value tasks and coach them in the skills required drive continuous improvement.


Location- North America

Lead all workstreams for an entire client engagement.

  • You will manage the combined Partners in Performance and client team to deliver impressive solutions.
  • You will also lead problem solving efforts and ensure opportunities are prioritized so that efforts are aligned to the highest value tasks.
  • You will ensure all new processes and behaviors become the established way of operating, by coaching the implementation stakeholders.
