Anton is a Russia‑based Partner at Partners in Performance with more than 15 years of experience in operational efficiency improvements across various industries including mining and processing, manufacturing, aerospace and defence.

He began his career at Front step CIS, where he rose through its ranks to become the head of its manufacturing consulting department. He also worked at KPMG prior to joining Partners in Performance in 2013.

Throughout Anton's career, he has delivered more than 20 full‑scale implementation engagements helping clients increase throughput, reduce costs, optimise capital investments, embed digital technologies and launch continuous improvement functions.

At Partners in Performance, his primary area of expertise is designing and embedding continuous improvement methodologies and tools into day‑to‑day life of organisations to deliver bottom‑line results. He is proud to have led multicultural teams in more than 10 countries across CIS, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
