Summary Bio

Guy is a senior partner and business leader with deep expertise in building high‑performing organisations and their teams, with a focus on major capital portfolios and projects around the world. He leads Partners in Performance's global Capital Projects practice and European region.

He has more than 30 years of experience in capital and construction projects globally, including sports stadia, bridges, high‑rise buildings, mining process plants, industrial facilities and the built environment.

Guy’s skillset within Partners in Performance ranges from portfolio management, project development and optimisation, contracting strategies and execution planning, with particular expertise in project recovery.

What is particularly striking to clients is Guy’s vast breadth of experience, having worked across a diversity of mega projects that have taken him to telco and mining engagements, LNG facilities, oil and gas fields, sports stadiums, high‑rise buildings, rail projects and shipbuilding.

His scope expands across all sectors, allowing him to impart three decades of knowledge and experience on matters such as distributing capital across a portfolio of assets that encompass thousands of projects, to rescuing billion‑dollar projects that are off track. In all such cases, Guy’s guidance is not theoretical but founded on success derived from high‑pressure environments.

Guy is most energised by building strong client and partner relationships, and he is passionate about driving teams towards challenging goals in both growth and change.
