Inga has more than 15 years of experience in strategy and implementation, procurement, sales, transformation and PMO across a vast array of sectors.

She has held commercial management positions at Croda and Uniqema, ICI, before transitioning to strategy consulting. She joined Partners in Performance with 10 years of consulting experience.

Inga’s extensive work experience brings pragmatic problem‑solving, a strategic lens and an ability to quickly mobilise teams to deliver lasting impact.

Holder of qualifications from Durham University and INSEAD, in addition to a Master's Degree from the ESCP Business School, she has honed her commercial skills through leading negotiations both from the sell and buy side. It gives her a unique insight into win‑win solutions.

At Partners in Performance, her focus is on enabling the Procurement function to accelerate their bottom‑line savings and to break the deadlock between commercial and social value KPIs. She enjoys the collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, the fast iteration when introducing new digital solutions and bringing more specificity to operationalising social targets.
