Kaveesh brings more than 10 years of consulting and engineering experience in operations, maintenance, construction productivity and strategy. He is an Associate Principal in the Middle East, where he collaborates with clients to deliver meaningful impact across the region.

Kaveesh has supported clients across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. His experience spans procurement, capital project optimisation, market entry and growth, and M&A due diligence.

Before joining Partners in Performance, he worked as an engineer for Natural Resources Canada, Xerox Canada and HTS Engineering.

Kaveesh has a pragmatic approach to change and understands that long‑lasting success lies in bringing the client on the transformation journey, giving them ownership of the process. He is passionate about building strong relationships and celebrating wins as a joint consulting and client team.
