Michael is the Recruitment Manager for the Australia and New Zealand regions at Partners in Performance. Based in Sydney, he leads a team of recruiters in applying best practices, assessments and selecting exceptional talent that allows the firm deliver lasting impact for our clients.

With a proven track record, Michael joined Partners in Performance in 2021 after successfully handling senior recruitment and sourcing Director‑level candidates for Deloitte's leadership team. Prior to his internal recruitment career, he sent a number of years in external recruitment focussing on professional services at senior management level.

Michael's drive extends beyond his professional accomplishments. Despite a demanding schedule, he has completed the Ironman triathlon an impressive 15 times, representing Australia in the prestigious Hawaii Ironman in 2017 and the World Championships in 2019. His passion has extended beyond competing to both coaching and volunteering at his local triathlon club
