Pablo brings 30 years of executive management and consulting experience across various industries. He joined Partners in Performance in 2008 and he is the Lead Director for Brazil. He combines an agile and innovative methodology with a highly effective approach to deliver positive and enduring results for his clients.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Pablo worked at McKinsey & Company, followed by various senior operational and strategic roles in the telecommunications and technology industries.

Pablo’s diverse career encompasses academia, industry, corporate, consultancy and start‑up. He has worked across many industries, including mining, agribusiness, logistics, oil and gas, steel, banking, retail, telecommunications, automotive, electronics and petrochemicals. This extensive experience allows him to bring first‑hand organisational and operational insights to address client challenges.

He is fluent in English, Portuguese, German, Italian and his native Spanish, which has proven invaluable to the extensive international work he has led across North and South America, Africa, Australia, Asia and Europe. His multilingualism, along with his natural and collaborative approach, allows him to work successfully across cultures – bringing together diverse groups of people towards a shared goal.

Pablo has a natural ability to connect with individuals at different levels in an organisation to unleash their potential. He is passionate about being on the ground and experiencing first‑hand the dynamics of a business. He strongly believes that to uncover an organisation’s shortfalls and opportunities, you need to first get under the surface of its daily operations.
