Sandra brings over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate finance, corporate transactions, energy and mining and metals. She a Director in the Africa Region for Partners in Performance, where she is helping clients navigate complex issues in energy transformation.

She believes success is a collective undertaking and works closely with clients, stakeholders and colleagues to help organisations make a lasting impact. Her expertise lies in advising clients in the mining and finance industries on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and performing expert valuations to help them expand and achieve international success.

Prior to joining Partners in Performance, Sandra was the Corporate Finance Lead at Ernst & Young Africa, where she headed the Mergers and Acquisition Practice and acted as the Market Segment Leader for Energy and Natural Resources. She has been a senior executive at Standard Bank Group, a Director at Roodt Inc., an attorney at Brink Cohen Le Roux Inc., and a lecturer at her alma mater, the University of the Free State.

Sandra’s home is South Africa where she has partnered with clients in a range of industries to help drive their strategy, raise capital and improve their businesses. Her successes include many asset sales, acquisitions, IPOs and de‑listings.
