Steve spent the first half of his career working in the chemicals industry as CEO, and in various General Manager positions, before joining Partners in Performance in 2005.

A Director in the Middle East and African region and a member of the Executive leadership team, Steve is a key contributor in shaping the future of the firm. Since joining Partners in Performance, Steve has led more than 70 improvement diagnostics and engagements in the mining, resources and industrial sectors, helping clients unlock more than US$1 billion in value.

Over his career, Steve has lived and worked in three continents: Europe, Australasia and Africa. Along with his experience working across diverse teams and regions, Steve draws on both his corporate background and consulting expertise to simplify operational complexity and enable organisations to work more effectively. He is particularly skilled at transforming organisations and making cultural change stick through adapting people’s behaviours so continuous improvement becomes a ‘way of life’.

Steve’s natural ability to understand the dynamics of an organisation, together with his sense of humour to diffuse difficult situations, make him highly skilled in resolving complex business challenges and enabling positive and lasting change.
