Tom brings over 25 years of experience in consulting, with specific expertise and experience in cost reduction and business improvement. He is Director of South East Asia, driving our business in Singapore and building our global Procurement Practice.

Before joining Partners in Performance, he had a successful career as a Consultant for Mitchell Madison Group and Accenture. He also founded a number of businesses including his own consulting firm, CLM Partners.

Tom’s experience spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure, aviation, logistics and mining. He has extensive skills in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, business intelligence, outsourcing/offshoring, organisational effectiveness and post‑merger integration.

Tom has utilised his unique skill set in strategy design and pragmatic implementation to drive cost reductions and optimise global and domestic operations across the globe. In addition, he has spearheaded business improvement efforts of many Fortune 1000 clients, building a reputation for meeting and exceeding projected savings targets.
