Selecting the right contracting strategy and starting the contractor relationship on the right foot is critical to a successful project outcome.

We have supported a broad range of clients to improve contract strategy and contractor performance. We do this by helping clients in three key areas:

  1. Shape new or existing contract strategies to help ensure clients don’t fall into one of the many contracting pitfalls.
  2. Evaluate contractors, support negotiations and bid comparisons, or run commercial due diligence prior to selection.
  3. Build trust-based relationships and improve owner and contractor teams through common training, tools and the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as a common fact base for continuous improvement.
