You will be responsible for helping to solve real problems and giving your team the insights they need to find solutions to a client’s problems. Alongside that you will spend time on the frontline, working side‑by‑side with our clients.
You will take analysis and translate it into a change plan with our clients, prioritising projects and identifying areas of high value within their organisation. You will provide analytical support to contribute to problem‑solving efforts. Working side‑by‑side with clients, you will help them make change happen – developing your leadership skills along the way.
You will have responsibility for delivering measurable improvements. You will lead problem‑solving initiatives, ensure opportunities are prioritised and develop and manage implementation plans. You will also ensure the team’s efforts are aligned against the highest‑value tasks and coach them in the skills required to drive continuous improvement.

This is a leadership role in every sense. Your focus will be overseeing multiple engagements, identifying and generating new opportunities to expand our firm’s footprint within the existing client base. You will drive the development of consultant and client teams and be responsible for protecting and building our firm’s assets from new client offerings through to intellectual property and supporting recruitment.
