Ana has more than 20 years of experience working in global professional services firms. Joining Partners in Performance in 2010, she has been fundamental in both shaping the overall culture of the firm, as well as establishing and leading key global functions across the business. In addition to the areas of the business she still heads today, Ana has also played an integral role in the development of our other business support functions including HR and IT. She currently serves as one of our Global Leaders.
Ana’s passion and flair for working in entrepreneurial environments were ignited early in her eight years at McKinsey & Company, where she was part of the core leadership team that created and launched what would become one of the largest pan‑European practices.
As a practical problem‑solver, Ana identifies potential barriers up‑front and quickly neutralises them. Through her strong strategic thinking and planning, she quickly turns ideas into pragmatic operational plans
