Anuj has over 30 years of experience in management consulting across a wide range of industries, including mining, where he specialises in base metals, underground mining and gold. At Partners in Performance, he is the Director for North America, where he provides innovation strategy and digital enablement advice to mining companies, helping them achieve significant and measurable benefits across their organisation.

He has led projects in the United States, Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia. These include business process improvements, building internal capabilities and systems, diagnostic assessments for mining, metals, and processing and developing corporate and business unit strategy.

Before joining Partners in Performance, he was a Partner at StratMark Consulting, Vice President at A.T. Kearney and Principal at Booz Allen and Hamilton.

He has a strong record of identifying opportunities and improving processes to increase productivity, performance, production and turnaround in various mining industries, including deep mine, copper, nickel and gold mines, zinc smelter and mine shared services.

Anuj believes in driving innovative solutions to help mining companies increase their capital efficiency. These include better schedules, reduced expenditure and a lower carbon footprint.
