Brady has more than 15 years of experience in operational improvement and line management across North America, Australia, and Europe. His focus is on mining and mineral operations.

He held positions at Deloitte, the Boston Consulting Group, and Spatz Laboratories prior to joining Partners in Performance in 2008. As a Director at Partners in Performance, he is focused on delivering exceptional results for his clients and building lasting relationships.

What Brady finds especially rewarding is helping clients break through problems that have been plaguing them for years. Time after time, he has seen clients achieve excellent results and continue making improvements long after we completed the formal engagement.

Brady brings a unique understanding of the challenges at the frontline and translates them to business strategies for both management and executive leadership. This skill set is borne of his background in both professional services and manufacturing organisations.
