Guy brings extensive experience across a range of industries to Partners in Performance. He is Managing Director of our Europe region and Leader of the Capital Practice.

He joined Partners in Performance in Australia in 2011, before returning to the UK to launch our Capital Practice and European operations. Through his energy, determination and grounded optimism, both start‑ups have flourished, with strong growth paths.

Guy’s global career has been a combination of technical and operational roles in large international organisations and roles in management consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company. He has expertise across a diverse range of industries and has supported and delivered diverse mega‑projects in infrastructure and resources including mines, refining and industrial plants, power stations, roads, rail, telco, utility networks, shipbuilding, bridges, buildings, stadia and defence.

Before joining Partners in Performance, Guy established and led the global construction division of Intelligent Engineering Group, working across all major regions.

Guy is a recognised expert in building high‑performing capital project teams and businesses, and in enhancing the development, execution and recovery of projects. Clients describe him as a challenging thought partner and advisor as he constantly seeks new areas to innovate and bring additional value to organisations.
