Karin is a Partner who has led engagements across business improvement, organisational transformation and business strategy across a career spanning 20 years.

Prior to consulting, Karin spent more than 10 years in a variety of management, capital project and engineering roles in mining and minerals processing energy and infrastructure. Before joining the firm, she had also held positions at Hatch and the University of New South Wales.

Karin’s approach is defined by her deep experience across the capital project lifecycle, all the way from business strategy, option identification, concept development and feasibility studies through to detailed design, construction management, commissioning and operational startups. Her strength is in bringing together the technical expertise, enabling systems and people to collectively deliver for an organisation.

At the firm, Karin is energised by ensuring significant, tangible and transformative results for businesses, government and the broader society she feels the greatest reward is helping clients to navigate through such complexity to deliver the best outcomes.
